On behalf of the Board, I am writing to advise and update you fully on all of the recent and exciting changes within the RMS Group as of Friday last week.
Graham Tetley formerly General Manager has been appointed as Managing Director – RMS Trent Ports.
Craig Hodgson Group Commercial Director has been appointed to the Executive board of RMS Group Holdings.
Mike Kirby has taken on a reduced part time Group Consultancy role as required to allow steps towards retirement and pursue his other personal interests and ambitions.
Simultaneously Peter Aarosin has decided to relinquish his minority shareholding from the RMS Group and retired from the Company to concentrate on his other business interests.
All other positions at Senior and Executive board level remain unchanged and we continue our investment and unique position across all of the Humber Ports under the continued Stewardship of the Executive board and Ian parsons who continues his role as Executive Chairman.
RMS Group will be now pushing forward the ‘One Number on the Humber’ brand across the Humber Estuary Ports from the first port of the Humber Grimsby, Immingham, Hull, Flixborough, Gunness to Goole and are looking forward to making some significant investment in equipment in the near future to allow us to grow further and further support our clients.
We would meanwhile like to the congratulate the new appointees and welcome Craig Hodgson to the Board.
Also we are extremely thankful for the hard work, support and commitment of Peter and Mike over the many years and wish them both well and every success for the future.
